Your new role

You’ll roll up your sleeves to personally produce and own key project definition and shaping outputs, including business cases, detailed requirements (for example user stories or equivalent), prioritisation using techniques such as MoSCoW, As‑Is and To‑Be process flows, and other artefacts required to move work from early concept into delivery‑ready scope.
You’ll remain engaged beyond definition to ensure requirements are implemented as intended, working with delivery colleagues and operational teams to support readiness, adoption and successful oues. The role plays a key part in ensuring changes are understood, accepted and embedded across the business.
You’ll lead project‑level change activity where required, supporting stakeholder engagement, munications and user adoption, and will work with stakeholders to define, baseline and track benefits, helping evidence whether change is delivering the intended value. While this is not a full‑time, ernance‑heavy Project Manager role, there may be occasions where you take on additional delivery responsibility for smaller pieces of work, or step in to run a project end‑to‑end where capacity is constrained.
