About the Role
As a MASH Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding children by assessing risk, gathering and analysing information from partner agencies, and making timely, informed decisions. You'll contribute to strategy discussions, manage a varied caseload, and ensure that every child receives the right support at the right time.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced, compassionate professionals who are confident in their decision‑making and committed to working collaboratively. You'll need:
* Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
* Experience in child protection and statutory safeguarding work
* Strong assessment, analysis, and report‑writing skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional development
Key Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Sound understanding of safeguarding legislation, child development, and trauma‑informed approaches
