The Role
You will need to be passionate and an experienced Registered Supported Living Manager or Very experienced Deputy looking for the next step up with a proven track record to lead and develop the new service from its infancy ,building a team around you managing and growing the supported living model.

The service will support a wide range of adults with varying needs, including:
Adults aged 18 to 65
Individuals with physical disabilities
Individuals with sensory impairments
People with mental health conditions
Those with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorders
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading the setup, CQC registration, and ongoing management of the service
Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
Recruiting, training, and managing care staff to deliver high-quality support
Developing and overseeing person-centred care and support plans
Building strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals
Promoting a culture of dignity, respect, empowerment, and independence
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in adult social care
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and supported living best practices
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working toward)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and making a difference
