Service: Clare House, FK15 9HR
Salary: £12.65 - £12.85
Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support; you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives.
* Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
* Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
* Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
Your Service
Clare House is a busy, bright home with an active social calendar giving people their own space and independence with the knowledge support is always there when needed. Everyone here loves to get together for art days, pamper times, evenings around the fire pit, and trips out to safari park or cinema. People love spending time together gardening or enjoying the sun with their friends and family.

You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant) but your values are most important to us. * If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date.
