Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector: Inspecting goods in, in-process, and finished components to specification Reviewing material certification and ensuring compliance before release Using a range of measuring tools Completing First Article Inspection Reports and calibration checks Identifying non-conforming parts, reporting quality issues, and ensuring corrective actions are completed Supporting internal process audits and continuous improvement initiatives About the Quality Inspector: At least 2 year’s experience as a Quality Inspector within a heavy engineering or metals environment Strong understanding of quality control principles, documentation, and standards Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments Confident communicating quality concerns across production, engineering, and supply chain teams Benefits of the Quality Inspector: Overtime at enhanced rates.
