We’re looking for a proper operator to run House Party Soho.
This is a high-energy late-night venue in the heart of Soho. The music is loud, the bar is four deep, and every night matters.
House Party is the first of its kind. Unlike anything else in the UK.
Not just another bar. Not just another club. It has its own energy, its own crowd, and its own place in Soho.
We’ve hosted parties with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Valentino, IKEA, Spotify, Amazon and OVO, to name a few.
Now we’re looking for someone who can run it properly.
Someone who leads from the floor, builds a strong team, understands the numbers, and knows how to keep standards high in a busy room.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading the venue day to day
• Building and developing a strong team culture
• Driving revenue and managing the P&L
• Delivering a great guest experience every night
• Maintaining high operational standards in a high-volume environment
Who we're looking for:
Has strong General Manager experience in late-night hospitality
Is comfortable running high-volume, high-energy venues
Leads from the front and commands the room
Understands numbers, people and culture
