We’re hiring for a Account Handler to support our growing Commercial Insurance team

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Account Handler to join our dynamic Commercial Insurance team. Putting people first is at the heart of everything we do, and that extends to our clients as well as our employees. As one of our Senior Account Handlers, you’ll be right at the forefront of helping us deliver this mission by acting as vital support for our Commercial Insurance clients, Insurers and Claims Handlers.

1. Communication – being able to communicate to people with various levels of knowledge, face-to-face, over the phone or via email
2. Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of Insurance and relation issues
3. FCA rules and guidelines relating to Commercial and/or Private Customers’
4. Meeting customers’ needs and demands by supporting them with amendments to existing policies
5. Cover all aspects of insurance arrangements for clients, effectively offering a quality service whilst maintaining high level customer service
6. Growing market development awareness in your business areas to bring to the attention of clients and colleagues where appropriate
7. Maintaining and ensuring correct wording is enclosed within all Insurance documentation
8. Liaising with colleagues of all levels including Insurers, Claims Handlers and other colleagues
