This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Performance Coach, located in Swinton. The Sales Performance Coach will be responsible for providing business coaching to improve sales performance, conducting training sessions, and coaching team members to achieve their personal and professional goals. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies that enhance overall strength and conditioning of the sales staff, setting clear objectives, and monitoring progress to ensure success.
Qualifications
 * Experience in Business Coaching and Coaching skills
 * Training experience, including developing and conducting sessions
 * Knowledge and skills in Strength & Conditioning
 * Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve high performance
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Proven track record in sales performance improvement is a plus
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Science, or related field
