We are looking for a Technical Auditor to join the Single Seater Technical Department. You will report to the Head of Technical Audit and work closely with stakeholders to implement and monitor compliance with Technical, Sporting, Operational, and Financial Regulations.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor, analyse, and audit F1 Teams’ and Power Unit Manufacturers’ activities (including PU dyno activities, aerodynamic development, and inventory usage) through regular site visits to facilities, and occasional inspections at races and test events.
* Develop, maintain, and improve technical auditing and reporting tools and processes.
* Liaise with F1 Teams and Power Unit Manufacturers, providing guidance and addressing compliance queries.
* Contribute to the development of new regulatory and monitoring strategies, drafting technical guidance.
* Support the F1 Cost Cap Administration and Technical Regulations through reporting and inspections.
* Work closely with other FIA departments to ensure alignment across compliance areas.
Profile:
* Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or other Engineering fields, or equivalent.
* 10 years of experience in motorsports, automotive, or aeronautical engineering, ideally in R&D, design, or operational roles related to F1 chassis or PU development.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, Italian, or Japanese is a plus.

* Strong ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory frameworks.
* Data-driven, methodical, and objective, with high attention to detail and fairness.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
* Collaborative, proactive, solution-oriented, and self-motivated.
