OPEN TO FREELANCE AND FULL-TIME.
Duties:
* Management of all social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, community groups, and Pinterest
* Oversight of video, grid, and story content across all platforms
* Creation and execution of a best-in-class, fully integrated organic and paid social/content strategy
* Development of briefs for external creative needs and management of creative output
* Management of timelines for all social media collaborations and reporting on performance
* Delivery of all creative assets for paid media promotions, including static and video content
* Copywriting across all social media and marketing channels
* Development of social media strategy aligned with the marketing calendar and current trends
* Ongoing efforts to grow followers, engagement, and reach across all platforms
* Proactively identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with the team to implement solutions
* Continuous research and implementation of new, innovative content approaches
* Creation of all creative assets for paid ads, aligned with luxury tone and brand guidelines
* Collaboration with digital marketing agency to define a best-in-class paid media strategy and visual style
* Production of weekly video and photography content
* Ongoing development of best practice documents and guidance for wider team projects
Must haves:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in low-fi content production
* Independent thinker and doer
* Proficient in all social media platforms e.g Tiktok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook
* Well established skills in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe creative suite and video editing tools
* High attention to detail
* Established writing style
* Creative and strategic flair
* Forward thinking and self starter
* Be reactive to ever-changing environment
