Youll mentor and support staff, ensure residents needs are met with dignity and consistency, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. You will also liaise with families, health professionals and external stakeholders, helping the home to run safely and smoothly every day. You will be a visible and supportive presence, guiding the team, auditing care plans, managing medication processes and implementing improvements that enhance residents wellbeing.
