Job Summary
The Client Executive will work with Global Enterprise customers, with a core focus on Manufacturing. This position will be focused on achieving goals by selling World Wide Technology's suite of products through multiple OEM's including Cisco, EMC, HP, NetApp, VMware and Citrix. This role manages a global virtual team, opens up new contacts, expands the contact base, uncovers new opportunities and manages complex multi‑product and services deals.
Job Responsibilities
* Working with existing customers to drive Gross Profit opportunities through supply chain, digital and infrastructure services.
* Expanding WWT reach and driving new opportunities in the region as well as supporting inbound opportunities.
* Leveraging WWT ATC capability with customers.
* Be BRILLANT at telling WWT’s story, and differentiating the service and offerings.
* Professional networking to build relationships with C‑level executives and decision‑making managers at targeted clients.
* Positioning solutions to potential clients.
* Ability to effectively profile target accounts – apply rigor and excellence in qualification.
* Working with an inside sales team to coordinate sales activities (targeted mailings, telemarketing, order processing, marketing events, etc.).
* Building, developing and maintaining client and OEM relationships.
* Continuing education on evolving networking, unified communication, virtualization, storage, security, and cloud technology.
Education
* Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Work Experience
* Demonstrable track record developing sales opportunities within Manufacturing industry, across Infrastructure, Digital or Supply Chain Service Solutions. Or progressive experience in a related field.
* Experience developing core Account Plans to strategically develop customer relationships from the ground up through to CXO level relationships.
Other Work Experience
* Demonstrable Account Management experience focused on Manufacturing customers.
* Experience with managing/leading a sales book of business ($5‑10M+ in revenue).
* Highly regarded at technical levels.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ability to work independently and solve customer‑facing problems.
* Track record of successful solution selling.
* Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
Travel Requirements
* Estimated amount of time: Up to 25% of the time.
