We are seeking a Floor Layer on behalf of a specialist Social Housing sub contractor based in north/east/west London on a Permanent basis.
You will be carrying out work for Housing Associations based all over north/east/west London, so experience is needed in the sector. we also carry out floor works to commercial properties IE -Greggs - Caffe Nero - Restaurants ETC
All candidates must:
* Hold a CSCS Card
* Have experience working in the UK social housing industry
* Have all own tools and van
* Have wet room fitting experience
* Safety floor fitting experience
* Have asbestos awareness cert
This is a long term ongoing role for the right person to start as soon as possible.
