Spencer Clarke Group are currently working with a caring and inclusive school in Longsight to recruit a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher for a full-time position starting in November.

The Role
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with complex learning, communication, and sensory needs. Working closely with a team of support staff and specialists, you'll create a nurturing environment where every child can achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality, individualised lessons for children with complex needs.
* Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to support holistic development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Track pupil progress and adapt strategies to ensure meaningful outcomes.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with pupils with SEN and complex needs (e.g. autism, PMLD, SLD, or SEMH).
* A creative and flexible approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for supporting children to overcome barriers and achieve success.
