Join to apply for the Tester - Architecture role at NHS Scotland
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff across clinical and non‑clinical professions. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when regional and national services are included.
This is a permanent posting and the shift pattern has yet to be confirmed.
The purpose of this role is to perform testing of various applications within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, in particular system and interface testing. The post requires close engagement with project and support teams as well as service users to interpret business needs, derive test cases and inform a test approach. Agile practices (including Azure DevOps and JIRA) are now our preferred approach, and knowledge or experience of such methods would be useful. A candidate should possess experience of testing either through a relevant diploma/degree or previous practical workplace experience. Consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate a methodical approach and good service knowledge.
Interviews are expected to be conducted within a fortnight of the closing date.
