Responsibilities:
Supervising a team of 4, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.
Creating a warm and welcoming home for young people with diverse needs, including Looked After Children (LAC), Children in Need (CIN), and those requiring emotional and behavioural support due to trauma.
Working in close partnership with the Local Education Authority, Social Services, and the MASH team to provide holistic and integrated care.
Ensuring the highest standards of care in line with current OFSTED regulations, using your expertise to create a truly outstanding service.
Making a tangible impact on the lives of young people, providing them with stability, support, and the tools they need to succeed.Experience:
Possesses a strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and best practices in children's residential care.
Has proven experience in managing a supported living environment for young people, ideally with complex needs.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating their team to deliver outstanding care.
Is passionate about empowering young people and creating a positive, nurturing environment.
Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships with young people, families, and professionals.
Holds a relevant qualification in social care or management level 3 and above.
Is a car driver with access to their own vehicle
The ideal candidate will have experience within Social Care or as a Senior Residential support worker who is looking to take the next steps in their career Benefits:
