This is a career role for a designer who is passionate about visual craft, eager to develop their skills, and comfortable working within a well‑defined brand system.You’ll support designers across the global team, helping to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand creative across a wide range of channels while learning how large‑scale brand systems operate in a global organization.What you’ll be working on
1. Create on‑brand design assets across digital and print, including marketing collateral, presentations, event materials, and internal communications
2. Support the global design team with production and rollout of creative assets
3. Apply Barracuda brand guidelines accurately and consistently across all work
4. Adapt, resize, and localise existing assets for different formats, regions, and use cases
5. Prepare files for digital delivery and print production
6. Respond to feedback constructively and refine work efficiently
7. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders across regions and time zones
What you bring to the role
8. Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
9. Strong attention to detail and a respect for brand consistency
10. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
11. A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and learning
12. An interest in using AI technology creatively
13. Exposure to motion or video tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
