Bottled at the Tŷ Nant Estate in Bethania, Wales, the water comes from a single artesian aquifer on over 200 acres of organic-certified land. The estate is committed to sustainability, with efforts to rewild areas by reintroducing native trees that were removed over 150 years ago. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bethania for the Head of Engineering at Tŷ Nant Natural Mineral Water. The Head of Engineering will oversee the engineering team, provide strategic leadership, and manage engineering projects from planning to execution. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining equipment, optimizing production processes, and collaborating with executive leadership to align engineering goals with company objectives. The individual will also support sustainability initiatives at the Tŷ Nant Estate. Qualifications Proven expertise in Team Management, Team Leadership, and Engineering Management Strong Project Management and organizational skills Solid technical knowledge in Engineering concepts and applications Understanding of Software Development processes is an asset Experience leading engineering initiatives within a manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship is a plus
