Job Title: Acute Care Specialist
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for selling wound care, orthopedics, and compression therapy products in the acute setting, covering either Yorkshire and the North East or Manchester and the North West regions.
Territory planning is essential to maintain regular interaction and build relationships with customers. Collaboration with other team members across the business will be crucial for your success.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a permanent, field-based position requiring residence within the territory. Extensive travel, including overnight stays, will be necessary, along with occasional off-territory travel for meetings and conferences.
This role offers a hybrid working model, combining face-to-face and remote selling opportunities.

1. Achieve year-on-year sales growth aligned with company targets
2. Manage and expand accounts through strategic business planning
3. Identify new business opportunities via market analysis
4. Develop influential relationships with decision-makers
5. Identify key opinion leaders and key accounts within your territory

This role is ideally suited for an existing account manager or sales specialist with experience in the medical sector. Desirable qualities include:
* Experience in the medical sector
* Knowledge of the acute care sector in the region
* Ability to develop professional relationships
* Commercial acumen
* Proficiency with IT and being tech-savvy
