Were looking for a Quality Coordinator to support the Quality Lead in keeping systems tight, standards high, and audits painless. Youll be that vital link between production and compliance the one who quietly keeps things from unravelling. No two days will look the same. Youll be balancing time on the factory floor with time behind the screen, helping ensure every product that leaves the site meets the standards expected and then some. What Youll Be Doing Supporting the Quality Lead with maintaining food safety and quality systems (HACCP, BRC, and others). Carrying out daily QC checks to keep production within spec. Investigating traceability issues and customer complaints calmly and methodically. Assisting with internal audits and getting everything ready for external ones. Updating product specs, compliance records, and quality documentation. Helping drive continuous improvement and tidy up systems that need a refresh. Monitoring GMP and hygiene procedures leading by example when others forget. Checking finished goods meet standards before theyre signed off. Keeping an eye on legislation and sharing updates with the team. What Youll Need A degree in Food Science (or equivalent hands-on experience). At least 1 year in a quality or technical role within food manufacturing. A solid understanding of HACCP and BRC. Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing your own workload. Confident communicator who can work with everyone from operators to senior management. A practical, can-do attitude and the drive to make small improvements that add up.
