We are looking for a highly analytical and customer‑obsessed Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Operations division, focusing on the Logistics and Fulfilment domain. In this role, you will partner closely with operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams to build products that optimise our end‑to‑end logistics network, from inbound supply to last‑mile delivery.
You will own the roadmap for logistics technology that powers our digital retail experience, ensuring fast, reliable, cost‑effective delivery for customers, while enabling operational excellence at scale.
What will you do as a Product Manager at N Brown?
Product Strategy and Vision
* Define and communicate the product vision for logistics systems including order fulfilment, carrier management, warehouse optimisation, and last‑mile delivery experience.
* Develop a customer‑centric strategy that balances delivery speed, reliability, cost, and efficiency.
* Build data‑driven business cases that demonstrate ROI, operational impact, and customer value.
Roadmap and Execution
* Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational KPIs.
* Translate operational challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver scalable logistics solutions that integrate with warehouse management, ERP, and courier APIs.
* Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from research to launch, adoption, and optimisation.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with logistics operations, warehouse managers, commercial teams, and 3PL partners to deeply understand constraints, processes, and improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with carrier partners to enhance service performance, delivery options, tracking capabilities, and exceptions handling.
* Ensure seamless communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Performance and Optimisation
* Define success metrics (e.g. OTIF, delivery promise accuracy, fulfilment cost per order, inventory movement efficiency).
* Review performance data and customer feedback to identify root causes and deliver continuous improvements.
* Use experimentation, automation, and workflow optimisation to reduce friction and improve logistics speed, accuracy, and scalability.
What skills and experience will you have?
* Proven experience within logistics, supply chain tech, fulfilment, or e‑commerce.
* Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, carrier systems, fulfilment networks, and delivery models (next‑day, same‑day, click‑and‑collect, returns).
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder groups in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving environment.
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts.
Preferred
* Experience in digital retail or marketplace environments.
* Comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and operational systems such as WMS, TMS, OMS.
* Knowledge of inventory optimisation, route optimisation, or demand forecasting.
* Familiarity with process automation, robotics, or operational tech within logistics.
* Experience working with agile software development teams.
