Property Maintenance Technician

We're partnering with a thriving serviced accommodation business within the corporate and leisure sector, managing a growing portfolio of premium properties. Due to continued expansion, they're looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team.
About the Role
You'll take responsibility for the upkeep of high-end serviced properties, ensuring every detail is spot on and each guest stay runs seamlessly.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is an ideal position for a motivated professional who enjoys variety, combining hands-on maintenance with property inspections, contractor coordination, and compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks across multiple sites, working closely with the Operations Manager.

Coordinate with trusted contractors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
3.
Manage maintenance-related invoicing through Xero, liaising with Finance for prompt payment.
4.
Conduct property check-outs, assess any damage, and liaise with guests and owners to resolve issues.
5.
Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues (e.g., heating, hot water, or plumbing).
6.
Oversee scheduled property upkeep including garden maintenance, jet washing, window cleaning, and pool servicing.
7.
Complete weekly property checks, proactively resolving issues before guest arrivals.
8.
Maintain compliance across all properties - covering Gas Safety, Electrical Certification, Insurance, and general Health & Safety.
9.
Manage keys, inventories, and calendar coordination with Sales and Guest Services teams.
10.
Support new property launches, ensuring a smooth setup from checklist to completion.
What We're Looking For

Proven property maintenance or facilities management experience.
12.
Background in property management, ideally with some supervisory experience.
13.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
14.
Confident communicator, able to liaise with owners, guests, and contractors professionally.
15.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).

Highly organised, reliable, and proud to deliver exceptional service standards.
