The Henry Royce Institute is the UK’s national institute supporting advanced materials research and innovation. The project team are responsible for managing the Royce Industrial Collaborations Programme and a portfolio of multi-disciplinary high-profile collaborative and rapidly evolving projects. This role will provide high quality, effect administration support to the Royce project team. Based at Manchester, the post will work closely with project managers, operations, academics and technical staff across the Royce Institute, as well as with external stakeholders including universities, research and technology organisations (RTOs) and industry. The Project Team Administrator will provide high quality, effective administrative and financial support to the Royce project team and their activities involving a variety of stakeholders including partners, collaborators and internal departments. This will include delivering a customer-oriented service in triaging and responding to external enquiries, collating information, distributing reports and maintaining project files and records. A meticulous, proactive approach and high levels of self-motivation are required.
