Building intermate working relationships and trust through effective communication and meeting expectation and deadlines is key. Liaising with customer representatives or vendors and directing other support staff where appropriate will form part of the role.What you’ll be doingOne key thing that all of our engineers have in common is a desire to develop/deliver brilliant, industry redefining platforms as well as their own skills.We need you to be a cyber incident decision maker, responsible for ensuring that mitigation controls and incident response are appropriateProviding security advice and remediation to Lines of Business within BT and external customers,Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentationPositively support team leader and line manager.Ensure full awareness of the need to safeguard sensitive customer information at all times, so that customers perceive BT to be a trustworthy organisation.Essential Skills / ExperienceYou’re a hands on engineer with expertise in at least one platform or programmes below - if your experience doesn't match our stack exactly then don't worry, we hire based on engineering talent, not vendor or language-specific skillset.
