<div><h3>Location</h3><p>London or West Midlands</p><h3>Region</h3><p>UK-London or UK-England-West Midlands</p><h3>Salary / Rate</h3><p>£80000 to £95000 per annum + pension, fees, discretionary bonus etc.</p><h3>THE ROLE</h3><p>My client, an established firm of multi‑discipline construction consultants now seeks a COMMERCIAL MANAGER / CONTRACTS MANAGER to join them in London with some UK travel required.</p><p>You will work on NEC Contracts for Energy related projects.</p><p>You will run a number of delivery partner contracts, contract administration, potential framework procurement etc.</p><h3>THE COMPANY</h3><p>My client is a firm of construction consultants providing a range of services including Project Management, Cost Management, Contracts Management etc.</p><p>They have a number of UK offices plus some overseas offices.</p><h3>THE CANDIDATE</h3><p>You will need good experience of Contract Administration, Contract Management, Commercial Management.</p><p>You must have experience of working with NEC contracts.</p><p>Ideally you will have worked on some Energy related projects previously i.e. Wind Farms, Power Generation, Power Transmission or similar.</p><p>You may also have worked on FIDIC contracts.</p><p>You may have worked for a Developer, Main Contractor or PQS firm.</p><p>You are likely to have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or similar and you may be MRICS or similarly qualified.</p><p>You should first class communication skills, both written and spoken with excellent client facing skills.</p><p>You should have a stable work record.</p><p>Salary is in the region of £80000 to £95000 plus pension, professional fees, discretionary bonus and other benefits etc.</p><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>Please email your CV quoting the job reference number to deniseneville@tedrecruitment.com</p><h3>Contact</h3><p>Denise Neville</p><p>Reference: DNP9561</p><ul><li>deniseneville@tedrecruitment.com</li><li>+44 (0)20 7613 5555</li><li>020 8368 0025</li><li>07836 350309</li></ul></div>
