Account Executive
Location: London (Hybrid)
We’re supporting a high-growth energy data platform that sits at the centre of the global energy transition. Their tools are used by investors, developers, and operators to make critical decisions around battery storage, power markets, and infrastructure investment.
With strong funding, international expansion underway, and a growing footprint across Europe and the US, they’re now looking to hire an Account Executive help drive commercial growth across the european market.
You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, managing relationships from initial engagement through to close, while building a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business across a targeted portfolio of energy and infrastructure clients.
* Manage the full deal process from initial engagement through to close.
* Lead commercial discussions with senior stakeholders, aligning solutions to client needs.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts over time.
* Keep pipeline tracking and forecasting accurate and up to date.
* Share market feedback internally to support product and commercial direction.
Core Requirements
* 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
* Track record selling data, analytics, or research products into mid-market or enterprise clients.
* Proven quota attainment, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
* Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
* Comfortable building pipeline independently without heavy SDR support.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Exsiting network in energy, infrastructure or investment market and/or exposure to battery storage, power markets or energy transition topics is a plus.
