This role blends data analysis, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a smooth and data-driven sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation * Make 50–60 outbound calls daily to engage potential clients and drive sales conversations. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all prospecting activities are logged. * Hand over qualified leads to the sales team and gather feedback on lead quality and conversion. * Deliver a minimum of 5 warm leads weekly through effective pitching and relationship-building. * Research and identify high-potential prospects using CRM data, market intelligence, and digital tools. * Develop and maintain a structured lead qualification process to assess prospect fit and readiness. Reporting & Analysis * Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline health. * Analyse prospecting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. * Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Participate in meetings to align on sales targets, campaign performance, and market feedback. * Support internal teams with outreach materials, presentations, and tailored proposals for early-stage prospects. * Collaborate with project and CRM leads to ensure lead generation aligns with campaign goals and accurate reporting.
