Role Responsibilities
14. Supporting the refurbishment of existing services.
15. Working as part of a team to ensure works continuity.
16. Ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
17. Tool and materials management at all times.
Role Requirements
We are looking to place a multi-skilled contractor (electrical/plumbing, joinery) who will be an integral part of our contractor team, this role will be fast paced with a constant workstream of refurbishment works, the candidate must have relevant experience working as a contractor with a proven track record of work capability to suit this role. We are looking for an all-rounder so the successful candidate must be comfortable across all trades.
Working as part of an internal contractor team covering refurbishments works across the Iris Care Group estate, to include but not limited to:
18. Kitchens
19. Wet rooms
20. Patios
21. Flat conversations
22. Fire doors.
23. Tiling
24. General carpentry

25. Working hours between 8:00 – 16:00
26. On-call 1 week in 5
27. Work van and fuel card provided
