JOB OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for the printing and production of a wide range of soft promotional items, including but not exclusively; sail flags, event banners, table covers and gazebo walls. This will include the undertaking of large output printing, plot cutting vinyl and heat pressing on to various products in house. In addition to this, you will be responsible for dye sublimation printing on a range of textiles. The role will be flexible depending on the needs of the business.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Undertake large format printing
* Plot cutting vinyl
* Heat pressing on to various substrates in house
* Liaise with internal stakeholders in a professional manner
* Work closely with design, sales and warehouse teams
* Adhere to customer deadlines
* Communicate with studio staff
* Communicate constructively and politely
* Dye sublimation printing on various textiles
* Follow printing processes
* Assist with cleaning and maintaining printing equipment
* Make decisions with the interest of the business being paramount
* Communicate and develop ideas or process improvements
* Quality check printed items before they are dispatched to the customer
* Identify and support the introduction of new products for both brands
* Adopt ordering studio materials in the absence of the Production Manager
* Liaise with internal and external sewing machinists
* Adhere to health and safety regulations

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
