A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal.
A full UK driving licence is essential along with the ability to work alternate Saturdays.

1+ years experience in the Estate Agency industry preferred, however, training will be offered to the right candidate.

You will need to successfully list, sell and let a targeted number of properties
Generate potential valuations and at some times doing viewings, upsell financial services and legal services.
Follow up business leads.
Achieve business targets set.
Strong negotiation skills.
A high level of commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. it takes to be part of our team.
