Job: Room Attendant at Cowley Manor
Based in: Cowley, Cheltenham
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greet hotel guests and respond positively to their queries.
* Change bed linen and make beds.
* Replace used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
* Sweep and mop floors.
* Vacuum carpets.
* Dust and polish furniture.
* Empty trash containers and ashtrays.
* Check the mini bar, adding up the daily drinks bill and refilling it.
* Report any technical issues, damages, and maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager.
* Return and restock cleaning cart at shift end.
* Collect laundry and dry cleaning for guests.
* Sort and count linen and towels for collection by the laundry company.
* Comply to all health, safety, and hygiene rules.
