Teacher Needed for Outstanding SEMH/ASC Secondary School Redhill area. January start or sooner for the right SEN Teacher

My client specialist school for students aged 11–18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher with a specialist subject.
and engaging curriculum that meets them where they are – both academically and emotionally.
1. Plan and deliver high-quality, personalised lessons
2. Support pupils’ social and emotional development through a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach
3. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff
4. Use a flexible and inclusive teaching style that promotes positive behaviour and emotional well-being
5. Build strong, trusting relationships with students who may have experienced disrupted learning or trauma
What We’re Looking For:
6. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – Primary or Secondary trained welcome
7. Experience (or a strong interest) in working with pupils with SEMH and ASC/ADHD
8. A calm, consistent and caring approach
9. A sense of humour, patience and the ability to inspire learners
10. Excellent teamwork and communication skills
