Overview
Drs Direct are working closely with a in-house client where you will be looking after the staff on site. This is done in a relaxed work environment with a very supportive team, both the clinical and the admin team. The post reports to Occupational Health Clinical Lead and will involve assisting with the delivery of Occupational Health services to staff and external contracts covered under existing service level agreements by promoting their physical and mental health.
Additional time off over Christmas period due to closures on top of the annual leave allowance. Some hybrid working dependant on needs of service and activities. Access to staff parking by application.
The usual requirement is only 3 management referrals per day with allocated time to complete reports. Variety of the full OH remit, with some Health surveillance but not much, pre-training and pre-employment health clearance assessments and vaccinations and immunisations all spread throughout the year.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the delivery of Occupational Health services to staff and external contracts under existing service level agreements.
* Promote staff physical and mental health within a supportive team environment.
* Manage and process a typical workload of approximately 3 management referrals per day with allocated time for reporting.
* Participate in health surveillance activities where applicable, and conduct pre-training and pre-employment health clearance assessments.
* Administer vaccinations and immunisations as part of the OH remit, spread throughout the year.
