Key Information
* Salary: £26,520 per year (plus uncapped bonus, average £716/month)
* Location: 2 Nunnery Court, Sheffield S2 5DG (site‑based)
* Shift Pattern: Rotational; 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday 8 am–10:15 pm & Saturday–Sunday 8 am–8 pm.
Job Description
As a Vodafone Inbound Sales Advisor, you will take inbound calls from customers who are within the last 6 months of their contracts. Your role will involve assisting with retentions, selling additional products and services as required, and dealing with brand‑new customers.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer literate, with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
* Clear criminal and credit records
* Reference available within the last 3 years of employment
* Ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously
* Ability to work as part of a great team
