A well-regarded and ambitious law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its established and growing corporate team.

The Role
You’ll advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
* M&A (share and asset sales and acquisitions)
* Private equity and investment work
* Management buyouts and buy-ins
* Corporate restructurings and shareholder matters
The role offers genuine responsibility, early client exposure and the chance to work closely with experienced partners on a mix of regional, national and international transactions.
About You
* Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in corporate law
* Solid experience across M&A and general corporate matters
* Comfortable managing transactions with appropriate supervision
* Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused
* Keen to develop within a collaborative and forward-thinking team
