Job Title: Service Engineer Location: Based in Dyfed, South, West, or Mid Wales (travel required across these regions) Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Pay: £14.50 per hour (£30,160 per annum) Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm About the Role: We are recruiting for a skilled Service Engineer to perform maintenance, fault-finding, and servicing on a range of security systems. Our client specialises in advanced CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control systems, providing essential services to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: Execute planned and reactive service calls for CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control equipment. Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional conduct. Collaborate with a team of engineers while also managing individual workload. What you need: Proven experience servicing CCTV and/or alarm systems (intruder, fire, access control experience is highly desirable). Knowledge of relevant standards such as BS5839 or BSEN50131 is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to manage a dynamic schedule.
