Senior Grants Officer\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Grants Officer to support and develop innovative and impactful grant-making programmes, helping to end youth homelessness across the UK.\n\nThis is a remote working role with occasional travel into our offices in London (all expenses covered).\n\nPosition: Senior Grants OfficerLocation: Remote/London (occasional London office working – expenses covered)Hours: Part-time, up to 30 hours per weekSalary: £33,000–£36,000 pro rataContract: PermanentBenefits Include: 25 days per year (pro rata – excluding bank holidays), employer pension contribution of 5% into a personal pension (which does not have to be matched by the employee)\n\nClosing Date: 11.59pm, Thursday 7 August 2025\n\nAbout the Role This role is central to the delivery of the charities mission to end youth homelessness. You’ll help to manage grant-making programmes, develop more efficient systems, and build strong relationships with charity partners, while supporting innovation and promoting impact.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nSupporting the full grant cycle – from application to reporting – across multiple programmes.\nStreamlining processes and supporting the integration of systems such as Salesforce.\nManaging the grants inbox and acting as the first point of contact for charity partners.\nCoordinating charity relationships, ensuring compliance and capturing impact stories.\nLeading specific programmes in partnerships and Employability Programmes.\nCollaborating with teams across fundraising, comms, and strategy to maximise the value of every grant.\nWriting reports for internal committees and contributing to external communications.\n\nAbout You You will be highly organised, analytical, and confident working across systems and teams. With strong communication and administration skills, you'll thrive in a role that demands both rigour and empathy.\n\nWe are looking for someone with:\n\nExperience of administering complex processes or programmes within the charity or housing sectors.\nStrong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce desirable) and data management.\nAn eye for detail, excellent time management, and experience juggling multiple priorities.\nExperience working with stakeholders, assessing applications, and reporting against outcomes.\nA collaborative and curious mindset, and a genuine commitment to ending youth homelessness.\n\nAbout the Organisation The charity has been around since 1986, created by and working with the UK property industry to try and harness a collective desire to do good.
