Service Advisor – Prestige Automotive Dealership in Oldbury
1. Basic Salary: Up to £32,000
2. OTE: £40,000+ (Uncapped)
3. Hours: 45 hours per week (8:00am – 6:00pm)
4. Saturdays: 1 in 4 (included in salary)
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Service Advisors to join a highly successful, prestige automotive dealership.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and customer-focused aftersales team, working with a well-established dealer group that offers strong earning potential and genuine career progression.
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience.
As a Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
5. Providing outstanding customer service at all times
6. Managing bookings for servicing, repairs, and maintenance
7. Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
8. Liaising with technicians and workshop control on vehicle progress
9. Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
10. Ensuring vehicles are completed and ready within agreed time frames
11. This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role where communication, organisation, and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements that the Service Advisor will need:
12. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is essential
13. Strong customer service and communication skills
14. Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
15. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
16. Experience with dealer management systems (e.g. Kerridge) is advantageous but not essential
