Our global NetSuite partner client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to join their team and oversee multiple ongoing NetSuite projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
We are looking for a confident, client-facing, results-driven project manager who can take ownership across several projects and deliver them efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple NetSuite implementations.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for each project.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications.
* Collaborate with internal NetSuite users, third-party consultants, and vendors.
* Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Ensure data integrity, testing, training, and successful go-live planning.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and post-go-live support/optimisation across projects.
Key Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing NetSuite implementation or upgrade projects.
* Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, SCM, etc.).
* Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with integration tools and third-party NetSuite applications is a plus.
* Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable.
Location: UK Remote
