£40,000-£45,000 + Progression + Overtime + Pension + Company Van + Fuel Card

Responsibilities
* Erection of structural steelwork, including balconies, and any other structural components.
* Installation of architectural metalwork such as stair balustrades, railings, handrails, and staircases.
* Reading and accurately interpreting detailed technical drawings and setting out.
* Leading a two‑person team, keeping accurate technical documentation of all projects.
* Managing customer, client, and third‑party liaison; providing technical advice/support as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Background in the Construction/Architecture industry, specifically New Build Housing, or a related field.
* Previous experience in a Steel Fitter/Fabricator position or similar.
* Strong organisational, communicational, and analytical skills.
* Full, valid UK driver’s licence.
