Position Overview
Join Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), a leader in aerospace innovation, as an Entry-Level Mission Systems Test Engineer supporting a Phantom Works Fixed Wing Proprietary Program located in the St Louis, MO area.
You will be part of a talented team responsible for executing the Mission Systems test plan, implementing automated test infrastructure, and performing verification/validation activities to deliver advanced mission system capabilities. This includes creating automated test tools and conducting hands-on testing of Mission Systems equipment such as sensors, communication systems, and weapons.
This role involves working within a cross-functional team, integrating advanced capabilities in an agile environment, and collaborating across disciplines. You will have opportunities to develop your engineering skills and potentially grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop automated test methodologies to efficiently execute the test plan
2. Perform system tests to verify operational and functional requirements
3. Collaborate across a large multi-disciplined engineering organization
4. Support resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies
5. Research technologies for potential application to company needs
Additional Details:
* This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations.
* Travel may be required up to 10% domestically.
* Candidate must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required) and potentially a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.
* Related engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous internships, test experience, avionics experience, or a passion for aerospace.
Additional Information:
* Relocation may be offered based on eligibility.

* Pay range: $66,300 - $89,700, based on experience.
