The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our growing construction team. In this pivotal role, you will support the smooth day-to-day coordination of projects, ensuring documentation, communication, and operational processes are managed efficiently.
You will play a key part in helping projects run on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, contributing to exceptional client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and management
* Manage emails, correspondence, and phone enquiries professionally
* Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
* Assist with general office duties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Desirable
* Experience in a similar industry
* Familiarity with office management systems or CRM software
