Job overview We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Pharmacy Technician with an interest in Surgery for the opening of our new Elective Surgical Hub. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Pharmacist to provide a comprehensive ward based clinical service and the opportunity to undertake and utilise the fully funded Level 4 Clinical Diploma if not already attained, for increased clinical skills. In addition management responsibilities will include line management of junior staff, assisting with the day to day running of the service and monitoring performance, of the service. The role will also involve making continuous improvements to the service using innovative techniques to develop the technician role and integrating completely in the multi-disciplinary team.
