Role Responsibilities
* Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Supporting audit assignments, working alongside senior accountants and managers
* Preparing corporate and personal tax returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
* Handling client queries, building strong relationships, and providing proactive support
* Gaining exposure to a wide range of industries, developing a well-rounded skillset
* Keeping up to date with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices

Candidate Requirements
* Part-qualified ACA or ACCA, or AAT qualified with a commitment to further studies
* Experience working in an accountancy practice
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with great attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks would be beneficial
