The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced self-employed hair stylist to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated stylist who wants the independence of managing their own clients and business, while being part of a supportive salon community.
As a self-employed stylist at Vital Salon, you will:
* Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services.
* Build and maintain your own client base, with the support of salon visibility and marketing.
* Manage your own appointments, diary, and payments.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
* Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

What We're Looking For
* Qualified hair stylist (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
* A minimum of 2 years' salon experience.
* Strong colouring and cutting skills; balayage and blonding expertise is an advantage.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* A professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach.
* Own insurance, equipment, and ability to manage your self-employed status.
