Description
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Stockton on Tees area and beyond.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
* Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
* Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients.
