Day-to-Day of the Role
 * Deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year One pupils, ensuring high standards of learning and achievement.
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and enhance the school’s ethos and standards.
 * Participate in the continuous assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
 * Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching practices and curriculum enhancements.
 * Engage with the school community, participating in events and initiatives that strengthen our community ties and educational philosophy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
 * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
 * A strong commitment to professional development and evidence-based teaching practices.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
 * Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
 * Alignment with the school’s pedagogic principles and cultural values, including a commitment to continuous improvement and community engagement.
