A fantastic, growing charitable organisation based in Harpenden are looking for a Part Time Administrator.
The role holder will assist with a wide variety of administrative duties to support Management, including face to face interactions with clients.
Offering administrative support and continuity to a team of volunteers, to ensure that they can operate smoothly, professionally, and empathetically.
Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week 10am-2pm
What’s in it for you?
* Salary: £27k (£14,400)
* Hours: 20 hours a week, core hours: Mon to Fri 10am to 2pm

Key responsibilities:
* Carry out mail merges, stuff, and post envelopes
* Handle returned client registration forms, collate responses, input data into our data base and activity Bookings system
* Handle calls/ visits from clients, answer their queries, liaise with the relevant Team Members, update client information on our systems
* Make calls to specific clients confirming Transport pick up times for an activity
* Make regular calls to 1-1 volunteers to ensure their relationship is progressing well, keeping a log of the calls, and escalating any issues to the Management
* Carry out general administrative duties within the Team, including printing of bulk communication materials and purchasing stamps/envelopes where necessary
