We are seeking a temporary part-time administrative support assistant to manage and maintain document records within a centralised filing system, supporting multiple departments. This is a part-time position, working 3 days per week from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The primary responsibility is the accurate filing of hard copy documents and uploading records to an internal system. Additional duties may include: * Handling occasional inbound and outbound telephone calls * Photocopying and scanning documents on a regular basis * Typing and printing documentation as required * Completing mandatory online training (e.g. manual handling, health and safety) * Undertaking general administrative tasks as directed by management Skills and experience: 1. Proficient in standard computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) 2. Strong communication and literacy skills
