Warehouse Operative (VNA/Forklift Driver)

We're seeking a Warehouse Operative VNA Driver to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods throughout the warehouse; from unloading containers through to wrapping order ready for dispatch.
* Receive, inspect and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against shipping documents
* Organise and maintain inventory, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently
* Operate warehouse equipment. including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations
* Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
* Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet daily operational goals
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Please note, this role is working Tuesday - Saturday, with the opportunity for overtime.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience of working as a Warehouse Operative
* Previous Forklift/VNA experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Good communication skill with a team-oriented mindset
This role would suit a self-motivated individual looking to be part of a high performing team. The fast paced and energised environment relies on organisation and efficiency and with so much ground to cover, it is important to ensure a moderate level of fitness to enable effective completion of tasks.
